An electronic service provided by Al-Qassim Municipality that enables beneficiaries to easily and conveniently submit complaints and feedback regarding municipal services. The service also allows users to track the status of their complaint online without the need to visit the Municipality in person.
1. Choose the “Submit a Complaint” service from the list of available services.
Enter your information: full name, ID or residency number, email address, and mobile number.
2. Submitting the Complaint:
Specify the location of the issue (if applicable).
Enter a clear title for the complaint and provide accurate details.
Attach a file (optional): You may upload one file only, with a maximum size of 1 MB.
Enter the verification code shown in the image.
Submit the complaint.
