As part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 objectives, Al-Asyah Municipality, affiliated with the Qassim Region Municipality, participated in the 2025 Environment Week activities, under the slogan "Our Environment is a Treasure." This coincided with the Gulf Healthy Cities Day, which was held under the slogan "Healthy Cities with Sustainable Development." The event was organized by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture branch in the region, with the participation of several government agencies, in addition to 57 volunteers and a group of residents. 1,350 wild trees were planted in the Aba Al-Wurood meadow in the governorate. The municipality's participation affirms its commitment to its societal role, and is in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which focuses on improving the quality of life and enhancing environmental awareness among members of society.
