Al-Qassim Municipality is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, equipment or software failures of any kind, or for loss or inability to connect to the network, or for incomplete, incorrect, or delayed transmission. Furthermore, Al-Qassim Municipality is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or psychological damages resulting from visiting or using the portal, or from the loss of services or benefits caused by any virus that may infect the computer equipment used to access the portal. In no event shall Al-Qassim Municipality be responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of the materials published on the portal. The user shall compensate Al-Qassim Municipality for damages resulting from misuse of the portal and bear all responsibilities arising from the inability to comply with the following terms and conditions:

• The user of the Al-Qassim Municipality portal acknowledges that use of the portal is at their own risk, and Al-Qassim Municipality shall not be held liable for any damage or injury resulting from access to or inability to access or use the portal.

• Al-Qassim Municipality bears no responsibility whatsoever for updating any future data on the portal, especially when such data is based on current assumptions and forecasts that may involve risks and uncertainties, and may lead to discrepancies between actual and expected outcomes and estimates.

• Al-Qassim Municipality is not legally responsible for any harm that may occur to the user or any other person due to a breach of confidentiality regarding information transmitted by the user to the portal and shall not compensate for it.

• The user is solely responsible for all actions taken while using any external websites accessed through hyperlinks, if any, on the Al-Qassim Municipality portal.

• Al-Qassim Municipality shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by the user due to accessing or using the portal under force majeure or exceptional circumstances.
