Qassim Municipality achieves excellence in energy efficiency for three consecutive years.

​The Qassim Region Municipality and the region's municipalities, represented by the Energy Efficiency Taskforce, have achieved excellence for three consecutive years (2022, 2023, and 2024) in support of the vision of the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center. This reflects the municipality's commitment to implementing best practices in the field of rationalizing energy consumption, in line with the sustainability goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. For his part, the official spokesperson for the Qassim Region Municipality, Mr. Nayef bin Abdul Rabbah Al-Nafie, confirmed that this excellence came with the support of His Excellency the Mayor of the Qassim Region, Eng. Mohammed bin Mubarak Al-Majali, in addition to the integrated efforts made by the taskforce and the municipality's keenness to adopt innovative solutions that contribute to raising energy efficiency. Al-Nafie also confirmed that the municipality will continue to work on developing its performance to enhance energy sustainability and contribute to achieving sustainable development.
