Qassim Municipality is resurfacing and maintaining more than 40,000 square meters of roads in Abanat Governorate.

​The Municipality of Abanat Governorate, affiliated with the Qassim Region Municipality, has completed resurfacing and road maintenance works in a number of locations in the governorate. This comes as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of roads and enhance the urban landscape in line with the objectives of the Quality of Life Program.

The Mayor, Eng. Sultan bin Rashid Al Shammari, explained that the implemented works exceeded 40,000 linear meters and included the rehabilitation of main and secondary streets, which contributes to facilitating vehicle movement, in addition to improving the general appearance of the city.

Al Shammari added that the municipality is keen to continue implementing its development and service projects, in a way that meets the aspirations of residents and visitors, to enhance the quality of life.​​
