The fourth edition of the Rose Life Festival kicked off in Al-Hajeb Parks in Unaizah, attracting a large family audience. Organized by the Unaizah Municipality, the festival aims to provide aesthetically pleasing recreational spaces that combine flowers, the environment, and various activities. This promotes nature tourism, creates seasonal job opportunities, and offers sales points for local producers through designated areas that reflect the local character and cater to visitors. This year's festival continues to offer a diverse range of events, including artistic performances and recreational activities. A dedicated play area provides a safe and enjoyable experience for children. The festival's highlights include a 2,000-square-meter rose carpet featuring over 560,000 flowers of eight different varieties. The total number of flowers across the entire site reaches 600,000, giving the venue a unique visual appeal.
A prominent feature of the festival grounds is a 12-square-meter sculpture of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud, Governor of Qassim Region, which has become one of the main attractions of this year's event. His Excellency, the Mayor of Unaizah, Engineer Faris bin Mohammed Al-Qahtani, explained that the festival reflects the municipality's efforts to promote local tourism. He emphasized that the Unaizah Municipality has provided opportunities for more than 50 Saudi families as part of its support for this segment of the population. The municipality has also opened doors for Saudi brands to support and encourage entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized enterprises. He concluded by saying that this year's edition offers a broader and more diverse experience for visitors to Unaizah.
