Al-Qassim Municipality concludes its participation in Cityscape Global 2025

​The Qassim Region Municipality concluded its participation in Cityscape Global 2025, held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in Malham from November 17-20, 2025. The municipality's pavilion witnessed a large turnout and featured numerous events reflecting the region's investment potential and its role in supporting urban development. During the event, the municipality operated a dedicated online platform showcasing investment opportunities and the comparative advantages of the Qassim region. 

This platform served as a direct communication channel between investors and the General Directorate of Investments at the municipality and its affiliated municipalities. The platform presented over 200 diverse investment opportunities, highlighted the facilities and incentives offered to investors, and facilitated discussions on several promising opportunities. The participation also saw the signing of two investment contracts on the sidelines of the exhibition, valued at over 45 million riyals. 

This reinforces the municipality's efforts to attract investments and support the development of the municipal sector. This third year of participation underscores the Qassim Region Municipality's commitment to supporting the real estate sector and developing a stimulating investment environment that contributes to achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
