Sanam Najd Development Company, the investment arm of the Qassim Region Municipality, signed a new investment contract with Asimah Construction Company for over 4.5 million riyals. This agreement was signed during the Qassim Region Municipality's participation in Cityscape 2025, held in Mulham, north of Riyadh. The signing of this contract aims to strengthen investment partnerships, enhance the efficiency of municipal asset investments, and support economic development in the region.
The contract covers the investment of a site in the Dates City in Buraidah for a period of 25 years, with a value exceeding 4.5 million riyals. The site covers an area of 3,419.87 square meters and includes the construction of commercial halls and administrative offices, providing a modern business environment and supporting a diverse range of commercial and service activities.
This signing reaffirms Sanam Najd Development Company's role in activating investment opportunities, developing revenues, and enhancing the quality of life through high-quality projects in partnership with the private sector. This aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 for urban development and empowering municipal investment.
