The Qassim Region Municipality achieved an overall satisfaction rate of 85% with municipal services during the second quarter of 2025, an indicator that reflects the improved level of services provided and the increased quality of life in the region's cities and governorates.
The official spokesperson for the Qassim Region Municipality, Mr. Nayef Abdrabuh Al-Nafie, explained that these results came under the guidance and follow-up of the Mayor of the Qassim Region, Eng. Mohammed bin Mubarak Al-Majali. Al-Nafie emphasized that the satisfaction rates were distributed across several sectors. Parks achieved 88% following the expansion of parks, walkways, and green spaces, while the satisfaction rate with sanitation services reached 84% following the implementation of intensive programs for cleaning, waste removal, and improving the urban landscape.
Al-Nafie added that construction permits recorded a 91% satisfaction rate due to the development of digital services and the acceleration of permit issuance procedures. The satisfaction rate with road management reached 83% due to maintenance and rehabilitation work on internal and main road networks. The satisfaction rate with rainwater drainage and flood mitigation reached 91%, thanks to projects implemented to enhance the efficiency of drainage networks and reduce the effects of water accumulation.
Al-Nafie indicated that these results reflect the Municipality's efforts to develop services. The municipality and enhancing its efficiency in line with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 to improve the quality of life and raise the level of satisfaction among residents.
